Steeped in a winemaking culture that spans centuries, Cyprus has been producing wines since biblical times. Set on the crest of a hill in Kato Drys, an ancient village in the mountains of Cyprus, this small boutique resort is dedicated to reviving that ancient tradition, with a full-production winery in addition to a 55-room hotel and cottages. Reminiscent of the ancient stone structures found throughout the region, the stone buildings will embrace a series of plazas to evoke a true village character. The resort village, with a chapel, ballroom, special events hall, event lawn, exhibition hall, multiple courtyards and plazas creates a natural venue for retreats and events. The village and cultural museum will highlight Cypriot cuisine and demonstrations by local artisans, immersing every guest in the history and culture of Cyprus.
