Those who visit Pronghorn are drawn by the opportunity for adventure and immersion in the natural environment. Surrounded by The Clubhouse, The Trailhead recreation center and the 18th hole of Pronghorn’s Tom Fazio-designed golf course, the new lodge lies at the very heart of the Pronghorn community. With an architectural style that expresses the adventurous approach to luxury that defines Pronghorn as a destination, the lodge takes its cue from The Clubhouse and the grand tradition of National Park lodges, emphasizing the rustic elements that define mountain architecture – stone, wood and glass. The plan hugs the edge of the course’s final hole and the stepped roofline subtly echoes the surrounding mountain ranges. The soaring spaces of the main lobby are sheathed in glass, with views through to the central event lawn, the 18th green and the water beyond. The secondary lobby is an entirely outdoor space, in keeping with the resort’s sense of outdoor adventure.
