This high-density urban mixed-use project, which sits in the heart of downtown adjacent to the city’s light rail system, creates a resort lifestyle within a dense urban setting. The 22-story tower, the tallest residential building between San Francisco and Los Angeles, rises from mid-rise structures below, overlooking the residential amenities – a pool, recreation center and fitness facility – located on the podium. A new vehicular street and auto court bisects this city block, allowing more street frontage for the street-level retail. The project also provides structured parking for both the residents (above grade) and the general public (below grade).
