Located off the coast of southern China, Hainan Island is often called “the Hawaii of China,” with a tropical climate that draws vacationers from throughout the region. Built on two parcels of land adjacent to the Eadry Royal Garden Hotel, this resort residential community provides several high-end options for vacation ownership buyers, with 110 attached and detached condominiums and 54 detached villas which can be leased back by the hotel as guest units. The villas are set amid meandering waterways to give each guest a waterfront experience and provide spaces that blur the line between indoor and outdoor living. Designed with local, sustainable materials and warm, but contemporary aesthetic, this community gently pushes aesthetic boundaries for the region to include a modern residential design expression.
