This mixed-use urban infill project is an integral part of a significant re-development and re-urbanization effort in downtown St. Petersburg. The design concept combines a 30-story residential tower with a three-story component of residential-over-retail structures wrapped around parking. Although structurally independent, the tower and lower-rise structures are designed to work together as a single residential complex, integrated through an amenity suite and pool deck on the third level podium.

The project takes its stylistic cues from the Spanish Mediterranean architecture prevalent in the downtown area in the early decades of the 20th century. The tower residences offer views of Tampa Bay and downtown St. Petersburg. The low-rise structures are designed as a series of buildings, breaking up the massing and creating interest at street level.
